3. What Prooflet.io Does
Prooflet.io is a platform that helps you collect, manage, and display testimonials and social proof. We provide the tools and technology, but we don't endorse or take responsibility for how you use them or what your business does.
We cannot be held responsible for your business activities, the testimonials you collect, or how you interact with your customers.
4. Businesses We May Not Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any business, especially if your activities are illegal in the United States. If we have concerns about your business, we'll contact you at the email address you provided. We may stop your service if necessary.
5. Your Account and Security
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Choose a strong password
- Take full responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately at contact@prooflet.io if you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach
You can close your account anytime by contacting us at contact@prooflet.io.
6. Free Trial
We offer a 7 day free trial for new users. During this period, you can explore our features at no cost. Some premium features may not be available during the trial.
The trial ends automatically. It will not convert to a paid plan unless you actively subscribe.
7. Paid Subscriptions
After your trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the fees shown at the time of purchase
- Provide valid payment information
- Allow automatic recurring charges until you cancel
All payments are processed through Stripe, our third party payment processor. We don't store your credit card information.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 15 to 30 days of your purchase. Contact us at contact@prooflet.io with your request. Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Once a refund is processed, your access to paid features will end immediately.
9. Pricing Changes
We may change our prices at any time. If we do, we'll notify you before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after a price change means you accept the new pricing.
10. Your Content and Our Rights
When you upload testimonials, images, text, or other content to Prooflet.io:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You give us permission to display, store, and process it to provide our service
- You confirm you have the right to share this content
- You're responsible for ensuring the content doesn't violate any laws or third party rights
All intellectual property rights related to Prooflet.io itself, including our software, design, trademarks, and technology, belong to us.
11. What You Cannot Do
While using Prooflet.io, you agree not to:

We're not responsible for testimonials or content created by your customers or uploaded by you.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prooflet.io and its owners will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our service
- Any amount exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
